Terms of Service
The terms on which you may use this website, and the general basis on which we provide our services. Separate written terms of business apply to any engagement.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. About these terms
This website is operated by ZY CONSULTANCY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17156400, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to that company.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The information on this site
The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not advice — whether management, legal, financial, investment, tax or otherwise — and should not be relied on as such. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence by your use of the site or by submitting the enquiry form.
3. Nature of our services
We provide management consultancy services. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we are not a firm of solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and we are not registered auditors. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, audit or tax services.
Where an engagement touches on a matter requiring such advice, we will say so and recommend that you obtain it from an appropriately qualified and, where applicable, regulated professional. Our recommendations are advisory; decisions and their consequences remain yours.
4. Using the enquiry form
The enquiry form is for genuine enquiries about our services. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form to send unsolicited advertising, unlawful, offensive or malicious content. We may disregard, without reply, any submission that does not comply.
Please do not submit confidential or commercially sensitive information through the form. Where confidentiality is required before a discussion, tell us and we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.
5. How engagements are agreed
- Services are provided under a written proposal and terms of business, which set out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fee basis, assumptions and exclusions.
- The scoping conversation and the written proposal are provided without charge, and no fee becomes payable until a proposal is accepted in writing.
- Any change to the agreed scope will be documented and priced before it is carried out.
- Delivery timelines depend on the assumptions stated in the proposal, in particular the availability of your personnel and the timeliness of decisions.
- Where you are a consumer rather than a business, the cancellation rights conferred by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 will be set out in the terms of business.
6. Your obligations
- To provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement.
- To give reasonable access to the people and records needed for the work.
- To nominate a sponsor with authority to make decisions.
- To obtain any third-party consents or licences required for us to carry out the work.
We are not responsible for conclusions that prove incorrect because the information supplied to us was inaccurate or incomplete.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the other's non-public information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is already public, that is received lawfully from a third party, or that a party is required to disclose by law or by a regulator.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and code of this website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or adapt them for any other purpose without our written permission.
In relation to engagements: deliverables prepared specifically for a client may be used by that client within its organisation for the purposes for which they were prepared, as set out in the terms of business. Our underlying methodologies, templates, tools and know-how remain our property.

9. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website, nor for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of it. Liability in respect of services we provide is addressed, and limited, in the written terms of business for those services.
We do not guarantee that this website will be available without interruption or free from error, and we may suspend or withdraw it at any time.
10. Links to other sites
Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
11. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to info@zyconsultancy.online setting out the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and provide a substantive written response, including what we propose to do about it.
12. Data protection
Personal data submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Severability and variation
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. We may amend these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to your use of the site.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
