Accessibility statement
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including those using assistive technology.

1. What we have done
This website has been built with accessibility in mind. In particular:
- Pages use meaningful headings in a logical order, and a "skip to main content" link is provided.
- The site can be navigated using a keyboard alone, and focus is visible on interactive elements.
- Expandable sections use native HTML elements, so they work with assistive technology without custom scripting.
- Form fields have associated labels, required fields are marked, and status messages are announced to assistive technology.
- Text and background colours have been chosen to maintain adequate contrast, and no information is conveyed by colour alone.
- The layout adapts to small screens and to text being enlarged in the browser, without content being lost.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
2. Known limitations
We are not aware of significant barriers at present. Documents supplied to you separately in the course of an engagement — reports, process maps or slide material — may not meet the same standards; tell us what you need and we will provide an accessible alternative.
3. If something is difficult to use
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you need information in a different format such as large print or plain text, contact us and we will help:
Email info@zyconsultancy.online · Telephone +44 7507 789864
Please tell us the page concerned and what the difficulty was. We aim to respond within five working days.
4. Our approach
We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-off exercise, and we will correct problems reported to us as part of normal site maintenance.
